WHO WE ARE

Hot damn, it’s the Hellbusters, from Reno, Nevada, USA… we play pure, natural, lean, hard, raw blues at high volume and rocket speed.

The Hellbusters are Todd Mauldin on guitar and vocals, and Jack D. Doyle III Esq. Jr. on harp and stomp box. We play our own brand of Mississippi-inspired blues. Our shows are fun and funny, soulful and sinful. Stylistically, call it RL Burnside meets Georoge Thorogood in a dark alley, just as Henry Rollins walks up with Kim Wilson… and somebody starts counting off.

People all over the world are listening to the Hellbusters and digging our raw, mean, driving sound… sound like fun? Then don’t be shy. Obey the Hellbusters!

All is well for Burning Girl; Come And See The Spring Vibes/RTBF Set

Hi everybody,

Just a quick update: everything is cool at Burning Girl, we’re still going to appear there on July 4th.  More details and instructions to follow.  It’s more of a private party down there now but you’re all still invited.

Also, please do drop by tomorrow Friday 6/5 over in Victorian Square in Sparks to see me bust a little hell from the Reno/Tahoe Blues Fest stage.  I’ll start making noise at 11 am.
